I’m the founder of Wellness in Christ™, a Christ-centered wellness brand devoted to helping women return to wholeness in Christ — spiritually, mentally, and physically. My work sits at the intersection of faith, wellness, and community. I write for the woman who has tried the matcha, the meditation app, the vision board, the boundaries — whose mornings are intentional and whose life looks beautiful, and who is still hungry. Maybe she loves God but has drifted. Maybe she found real nourishment in wellness spaces and now senses Him calling her home. Through my guided journal His Word Abiding, Scripture-based content, and intentional gathering spaces, I create experiences that invite women to slow down, abide in God’s Word, and steward their whole lives — body, time, money, and spirit — as an act of worship rather than self-optimization.
Before this, I founded Black Girl in Om, a pioneering wellness platform featured in Forbes, The New York Times, and ESSENCE. What began as a community-centered vision grew into a multi-six-figure brand serving women around the world. But success didn’t equal alignment. After years of building on a misaligned spiritual foundation, I experienced burnout, depression, and a deep internal disconnect that ultimately led me back to Christ. That return changed everything. Wellness in Christ was born from that transformation — and from the words of 500+ women who told us exactly what they needed: a non-traumatic place to be fully human before God. Our flagship, His Word Abiding, is a 400+ page devotional Bible study and prayer journal rooted in the S.O.A.P. method — printed, in women’s hands, and already creating demand.
Today I’m building a faith-rooted ecosystem of products, content, and community designed to support a life of stewardship, rhythm, and renewal in Christ. Whether through writing, speaking, or creating sacred spaces, my mission is simple: to help women abide in God’s Word and experience true, lasting wholeness in Him. If you’re building something faith-rooted, curating a stage, or looking for a partner in the Christian wellness space — reach out below.
